Vince handles all aspects of purchases and sales, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements and handling title, survey and due diligence matters, in deals from $600,000 to over $100 million. Some of these deals include:

  • The acquisition of an office building in Lanham, Maryland for $41 million, and the acquisition of an office building in Chantilly, Virginia for $11.7 million
  • The acquisition of an apartment building in Washington, DC for $5 million
  • The acquisition of an office project in Northern Virginia for $320 million 
  • The acquisition of a commercial condominium unit in Chantilly, Virginia for $2.8 million
  • The sale of an office building in Lanham, Maryland for $84 million
  • The sale of an apartment building in Washington, DC for $4.2 million
  • The sale of a net-leased bank branch location in Herndon, Virginia for $8.4 million
  • The sale of an industrial/warehouse building in Manassas, Virginia for $4.8 million
  • The acquisition and leasebacks of dozens of automobile dealership properties and industrial properties in sale-leaseback transactions in 25+ states

Real Estate Loans and Refinancings

  Vince represents both borrowers and lenders on all types of commercial real estate loans, including purchase-money loans, loan refinancings, construction loans, mezzanine loans and loan assumptions. Some of these transactions include: 

  • Representing the borrowers on the $17 million refinancing of an apartment building in Washington, DC and the $13.1 million refinancing of an apartment building in Washington, DC
  • Representing a private equity fund on a $41 million acquisition and construction loan for a Maryland office building
  • Representing a sporting company on a $7.8 million acquisition loan and $5 million construction loan for a facility in Loudoun County, Virginia
  • Representing the lead lender on a $20 million loan secured by franchised restaurant properties and the lenders on a $68.5 million Washington, DC office building loan and a $120 million Washington, DC office building loan 
  • Representing the sponsors of CMBS loans, including a $215 million loan, $120 million loan and a $88 million loan, for office buildings and automobile dealership parks 
  • Representing a luxury inn and restaurant in a $24 million loan refinancing

Leasing Transactions

 Vince represents tenants and landlords in a broad number of leasing transactions, including leases for small and large office space, retail space, automobile dealerships, banks, convenience stores, and industrial, manufacturing and warehouse buildings. Vince has substantial experience with NNN leases and ground leases. Some of his leasing experience includes:

  • Representing start-ups, tech companies, retailers, restaurants, government contractors and non-profit tenants on leases ranging from 1,600 square feet to over 35,000 square feet 
  • Representing industrial tenants on flex-office, warehouse, and manufacturing facility leases from 1,500 square feet to over 80,000 square feet 
  • Representing a landlord on its Virginia and Maryland office buildings and handling leases from 2,300 square feet to over 300,000 square feet for the entire office building 
  • Representing the developer/landlord on a pad site lease for a national bank branch location in Northern Virginia
  • Representing NNN landlords on leasing automobile dealership properties and manufacturing, warehouse and industrial properties in 25+ states 
  • Representing both landlords and tenants on broadcasting and communication tower leases
